Common questions
How do I connect with my co-parent?
Open Settings and share your family invite code. When the other parent enters it, both of you see the same calendar, expenses and documents from that point on.
Why isn't the custody calendar showing on my phone's calendar?
Commonomy needs calendar permission to write custody days to your device. Go to iOS Settings, find Commonomy, and turn Calendars on. Then reopen the app and pull to refresh the schedule.
Can I change one week without changing the whole pattern?
Yes. Tap the day you want to move and set an override. The repeating pattern stays as it is, and only that day changes for both parents.
Who can see my documents?
Nothing is shared until you share it. Documents you upload stay private to you until you explicitly share them with your co-parent. Each family has 50 MB of storage.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, messages, expenses and uploaded files. If your co-parent is still using the family, their own records stay with them. You can also email us and we will delete everything for you.
Does Commonomy cost anything?
No. There is no subscription and no purchase inside the app.

למה לוח המשמורת לא מופיע ביומן של הטלפון?
האפליקציה צריכה הרשאה כדי לכתוב ימי משמורת ליומן המכשיר. נכנסים להגדרות של iOS, בוחרים ב-Commonomy ומפעילים יומנים. אחר כך פותחים את האפליקציה ומרעננים את הלוח.
אפשר לשנות שבוע אחד בלי לשנות את כל התבנית?
כן. לוחצים על היום שרוצים להזיז ומגדירים חריגה. התבנית החוזרת נשארת כמו שהיא, ורק אותו יום משתנה אצל שני ההורים.

שום דבר לא משותף עד שאתם משתפים אותו. מסמכים שאתם מעלים נשארים פרטיים עד שאתם משתפים אותם במפורש עם ההורה השני. לכל משפחה יש 50 מגה-בייט אחסון.
